Response times
We try to reply to every message within 3 working days. Privacy and data-subject-rights requests (access, rectification, deletion, portability under GDPR / UK GDPR) are handled within 30 days of receipt, as required by law. Abuse and copyright reports are reviewed within 5 working days; if the report concerns illegal content, we will act sooner.

GamersHell is operated from the Isle of Man, British Isles. Our registered postal address is available on written request to [email protected]. We do not publish the address publicly to limit unsolicited mail, but we will provide it to anyone with a legitimate written enquiry.
What we cannot help with
GamersHell embeds games from third-party providers (GameMonetize, GameDistribution, GamePix). We cannot resolve in-game technical issues for those games — please contact the original game developer for bugs in specific titles. We can remove a game from our catalog if it is broken, abusive, or violates copyright; just let us know which game and what the problem is.
