Electronic Arts has released severel new screenshots from NBA LIVE 09, showcasing this game now available in North America, for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PS2 and PSP. NBA LIVE 09 introduces all-new gameplay features like Pick and Roll Control, Defensive Lockdown Control, Signature Playcalling and Quickstrike Ankle-Breakers. For those in need of some extra coaching, NBA LIVE 09 takes you to training camp with the NBA Academy that gives you a chance to hone your skills. Featuring 24 authentic FIBA teams with realistic team play styles and rosters, NBA LIVE 09 offers a FIBA World Championship Mode using FIBA tournament structure, rules and court dimensions. NBA LIVE 09 will be available worldwide on October 14.

The official website of Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe has been revamped, offering new details about this game in which, for the first time ever, Scorpion, Sub-Zero and the Mortal Kombat warriors battle with Batman, Superman and other popular DC Universe Super Heroes. You will choose your side and challenge your opponents with a new fighting system including Freefall Kombat and Klose Kombat along with dynamic multi-tiered environments. Plus, you can pick your favorite character from MK or DCU and pursue a fighting adventure in the new single player mode with an intertwined storyline and two unique perspectives. Developed by Midway Amusement Games, Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe will be available this November, for Xbox 360 and PS3.

High Voltage Hot Rod Show Announced and Screens/Trailer

High Voltage Software has announced the development of High Voltage Hot Rod Show, a Wii racing title that requires players to master more than the basic racing skills to compete. A unique stunt system gives players multiple ways to build boost, which drastically increases a Hot Rod's speed. If you get too greedy, you might crash and burn. High Voltage Hot Rod Show is scheduled for release on the WiiWare downloadable service later this Fall. The first fourteen screenshots and a trailer have been added in our download section.

Bleach: Dark Souls in Stores

SEGA has announced that Bleach: Dark Souls, an action-fighting game developed by Treasure, has shipped to retail, exclusively for Nintendo DS. Bleach: Dark Souls features an exclusive storyline, expanded cast of playable characters and fast multi-plane fighting action for up to four players via Wi-Fi. Players will also build a power-packed Spirit Card Deck and collect power crystals to augment their spirit card powers on the lower screen and dish out moves that will directly affect their opponent's gameplay. With a burgeoning cast of 44 characters including the ability to play as Hollows, players can spend hours experiencing furious fighting gameplay and unlocking personal character stories all based on the series' story arc.

As time goes by, they will have enough points to do special and difficult dancing action, which is called stunt. There are various types of stunts in the game. You can earn extra scores by using stunts during your dancing. The stunt can be bought in the cash shop, and players can arrange them freely and set hotkeys for them. Electronic Arts has released a new Skate 2 trailer, showcasing this upcoming skateboard game sequel developed for PS3 and Xbox 360. Skate 2 promises to deliver the feel of skating through innovative controls, authentic cameras and a fully reactive skateboarding city. In related news, Black Box, a studio of Electronic Arts, announced that it will be partnering with etnies, to bring their epic Goofy vs. Regular (GvR) skateboarding contest to the videogame world. Gamers will lead a team of goofy foot or regular foot pros as they pit the best skateboarders against each other in the ultimate team competition.

Secret Service Announced and Screens

Activision has announced Secret Service, a game which will allow players to assume the role of an elite agent, tasked with protecting America's top leadership. The game features story and level design contributions by Daniel Arey, who previously worked on Uncharted, the Jak series and the Crash Bandicoot series (press 'read more' for details). Secret Service will be available for $39.99 on Xbox 360, $29.99 for PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system, and $19.99 for PC. The first six have been inserted in our gallery.

The character and his army of companions travel across a huge continent, visiting dozens of different locations all connected to each other. While communicating with NPCs and fulfilling different tasks, the player controls their character in real-time mode and all battles take place in classic King's Bounty mode with a strong emphasis on turn-based tactical elements.
